These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.regaudits.co.uk (the "Site"), and the services provided by us, including online UK vehicle history check reports (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Service.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site and our Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

2. Services

RegAudits provides online UK vehicle history check reports based on the registration number you provide. Our reports are compiled from official UK databases including DVLA, DVSA, Police National Computer, and other authorised data providers. We strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data in our reports. However, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times, as data sources may have delays or inaccuracies beyond our control.

3. No Account Required

You do not need to create an account or sign up to use our Service. You can purchase a report as a guest. We only collect personal information from you when you make a purchase: your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and the vehicle registration number you wish to check. 4. Payment

All fees for our Service must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, our payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method via Shopify Payments. All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery of Your Report

After successful payment, your vehicle history report will be generated and delivered to the email address you provided. In most cases, delivery takes between 5 to 10 minutes. However, in some circumstances, such as temporary server issues, high demand, or delays in retrieving data from official databases, delivery may take between 3 to 8 hours. If you experience any delay beyond this, please be patient and contact our customer support team via live chat for an update on your order.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our digital Service, all sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind.

Refund Policy in Detail:

  • Genuine Errors in Our Report: If your report contains incorrect information due to an error on our side, please contact our customer support team via live chat with your order reference and the registration number checked. We will investigate the issue. If we confirm a genuine error caused by us, we will correct the report for you. If we are unable to correct the error, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund.

  • Incorrect Registration Number Entered by You: If you entered an incorrect registration number and we have already generated and delivered the report for that number, the Service has been provided and no refund will be issued. Please double-check your registration number before completing your purchase.

  • Incorrect Email Address Entered by You: If you entered an incorrect email address at the time of purchase and, as a result, you did not receive your report, no refund will be issued, provided that our system shows the report was successfully sent to the email address you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you enter is correct and active.

    If you realise you have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us immediately via our live chat. You will need to provide your vehicle registration number and the correct email address. Once we verify your order and the correct email address, we will resend your report to the correct email address as soon as possible.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase, as the Service is digital and delivered instantly.

  • Non-Delivery Due to Technical Issues: If you do not receive your report within the stated timeframe, please contact us via live chat. We will investigate and ensure delivery. If we are unable to deliver the report, we will offer a full refund.

  • Report Already Used or Downloaded: Once a report has been generated and delivered to you (or made available for download), it is considered used. No refund will be issued after the report has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed by you, regardless of whether you believe the information is incorrect or incomplete.

  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place duplicate orders for the same vehicle registration number, please contact us via live chat. We will review your case. If we confirm that a duplicate order was placed and the second report has not been generated or delivered, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund for the duplicate order. If the second report has already been generated and delivered, no refund will be issued.
  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund under any of the above circumstances, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email with your order reference/registration number, the vehicle registration number checked, and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision regarding refunds is final and binding, except where otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RegAudits or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegAudits and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
